ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL
Fee for ACC review is $150.00 – Fee is a direct cost of the ACC for outside architectural review and approval of plans for new construction, extensive remodel (either interior or exterior) or other matters the ACC determines requires consultation with an architect to determine compliance with Deed Restrictions and By-Laws. Should the ACC determine that outside architectural consultation is not required, the fee will be waived.
All exterior changes to the neighborhood properties must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee. Please obtain written approvals per Charnwood Civic Club deed restrictions before beginning any property improvement projects.
